Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be processed the next working day.

Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive.

We are committed to providing great service from start to finish, including punctual delivery. However, during busier periods for example, during Christmas, sales and promotional periods, we advise customers to allow an additional 2 working days for delivery.

A signature will be required on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS ON HOMEWARE ITEMS (UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED).

HOMEWARE ITEMS PURCHASED VIA OUR WEBSITE CANNOT BE RETURNED IN STORE.

Please send all homeware returns to the following address using the returns label supplied in your package if possible:

FOR SECURITY REASONS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT HAND CARRIED RETURNS TO OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTRE.

With the exception of trade purchases, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any Homeware item bought via the website, subject to the terms below. If you are a trader and wish to return any item of Homeware please contact us on 0207 036 7269 or email [email protected].

We are unable to offer refunds on any made to order items (unless the items are faulty, or not as described).

澳门平台娱乐Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer exchanges on Homeware items. If you need a different size or colour of an item, you will need to place a new order.

All Homeware items should be wrapped carefully, in their original protective packaging where possible, to prevent damage during return shipping. French Connection does not accept responsibility for any damage to Homeware items which occurs during return shipping.

All Homeware items must be returned unused and in a fully resalable condition, with all labels attached if possible. French Connection reserves the right to deduct amounts from refunds, up to the full value, where unwanted items show signs of unreasonable handling or use and are deemed not to be resalable.

Please complete the return label supplied with your order and send all returns to our distribution centre at the above address.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Returns will be processed within 7 to 10 days, although this may vary during busy periods, including sale periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. We will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 14 days after returning your items for refunds to appear in your account.
